Chef Don Perry takes great pride in developing products to wow your tastebuds!

Don has more than 25 years of culinary experience with roots in the Midwest and experience across the Globe. As a former U.S. Army service member, Don has displayed his expertise from Texas to Asia to the Pentagon and most places in between. Having taught Culinary Arts at Fort Bliss Army Base in Texas, his knowledge and palette are impeccable and his creativity is boundless. Trophies and certificates from countless competitions boast his elite abilities and clear passion for food.

Public and private events can be scheduled in advance. Your customers and guests will be wowed when we show up and serve from our brand-new 16 foot food trailer.

We can EVEN customize menus to showcase your venue and products. We’ve created culinary features for breweries to promote a new brew, tailored menus for wineries, and fashioned seasonal events of all types.

Our Reviews

Food was incredible. We got the gumbo , balsamic lettuce wraps, and a 1lb of brisket. The lettuce raps were so fresh . So cool and tasty. I’m a huge balsamic fan so those were my fav. The gumbo is great too. Plenty of meat and spice but not too spicy at all. It has a great flavor. Brisket is sliced for a sandwich, but it was great for us. Bbq sauce is very good too. Definitely worth a trip to try and solid menu.
